Service bookings may require advance payment to confirm the schedule.
Advance payments help us allocate manpower, vehicles, and resources.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation charges may apply as per the timeline below.
More than 48 hours before service date:
✔ Eligible for refund after deduction of administrative charges.
24 to 48 hours before service date:
✔ Partial refund applicable after deduction of booking and operational charges.
Less than 24 hours before service date or same-day cancellation:
❌ No refund applicable.
After service has started:
❌ No cancellation or refund permitted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
Transaction or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Refund amount may vary based on services booked and resources already allocated.
Service rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if costs increase due to date change or location change.
If the customer or authorized representative is not available at the pickup location at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Storage charges are billed as per agreed tenure.
Early termination of storage does not guarantee a full refund.
Refunds, if any, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting handling and administrative charges.
Refunds are not applicable for minor wear and tear during transit.
Any service-related complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund decisions related to service quality are subject to internal review.
Movevista shall not be liable for refunds or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes or roadblocks
Accidents or unforeseen events
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
Undeclared prohibited items
Customer-caused delays
Change of mind after service commencement
