2. Scope of Services

Movevista provides the following services:

• Household packing and moving

• Office / corporate relocation

• Local and intercity shifting

• Storage and warehousing services

• Loading and unloading services

All services are provided based on the details shared by the customer at the time of enquiry or booking.

3. Service Booking & Confirmation

• Service bookings are confirmed only after final quotation approval.

• Any changes in service requirements must be communicated in advance.

• Movevista reserves the right to refuse service if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices are based on the information provided by the customer regarding goods, distance, location, and service type.

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra items

  • Difficult access (stairs, narrow lanes, long carry distance)

  • Waiting time caused by customer delay

• Payment must be made as per agreed terms (advance or full payment).

• All payments are non-refundable once the service has started, unless stated otherwise.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate details of goods and locations

• Declare fragile, valuable, or special items in advance

• Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations

• Be present or assign an authorized representative during packing and delivery

Movevista is not responsible for issues arising due to incomplete or false information.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are not allowed to be transported or stored:

• Explosives, flammable materials

• Illegal substances

• Perishable goods

• Cash, jewellery, important documents (unless declared and agreed separately)

Movevista shall not be liable for loss or damage of undeclared prohibited items.

7. Damage, Loss & Liability

• Movevista takes reasonable care while handling goods.

• Minor wear and tear during transit is considered normal.

• Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Liability is limited to the service value unless additional insurance is purchased.

• No claims will be accepted for items packed by the customer themselves.

8. Storage Services Terms

• Stored goods remain the property of the customer.

• Storage charges must be paid on time as agreed.

• Non-payment may result in restricted access or disposal of goods after due notice.

• Movevista is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, or force majeure events.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

Movevista shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in service due to:

• Natural calamities

• Traffic restrictions

• Government regulations

• Strikes, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

11. Website Usage

• Content on this website is for informational purposes only.

• Unauthorized copying or misuse of website content is prohibited.

• Users must not attempt to damage or disrupt website functionality.

12. Intellectual Property

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts only.
